ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

It’s impossible not to encounter stress these days. Every professional is faced with managing the demands of their career, personal pressures, and a slew of societal forces such as an unsettled economy and keeping up with rapidly changing technology.  More than ever, finding ways to bolster one’s mental health needs to be a priority; however, for many of us, it’s not or our efforts prove ineffective. Our workshop teaches individuals the following three essential and effective evidenced based practices for bolstering mental health:  self-awareness training, breathwork and cognitive restructuring. By learning how to respond skillfully and automatically to stressors commonly found in today’s work space,your employees will become more effective team members, thought leaders,and producers and improve the quality of their mental and physical health.

Using her training as an ACC Certified Life coach and breathwork teacher, as well as 14+ years of experience in the marketing industry, Alexandra Weiss has developed practices to help people thrive rather than just survive in the workplace. 

Dr. Michael Mazius  is a practicing Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist with 30+ years experience, working with people of all ages looking to manage stress and improve the quality of their mental health. Using neuroscience and psychology, Dr. Mazius teaches people the tools needed to succeed in all areas of their life.
